Walking Together with God on the Pilgrimage of Life

LOVE GOD. LOVE OTHERS. MAKE DISCIPLES. RESTORE ALL THINGS IN CHRIST.

Merry Christmas everyone!

As we enter these days of Christmas, we realize that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is the Father’s greatest gift to us.  One of the monk professors in my former community would often say: “It’s all about the Incarnation!”  He wanted us to know that the Word made Flesh is an integral part of the Father’s plan to restore our relationship with Him.  Sin and Death would not be conquered without the birth of Jesus Christ.  I encourage you to spend time in praise and gratitude before the manger scene for the gift to have a relationship with our God.

A Blessed New Year of our Lord 2025!

As we conclude this present year and move into the new year, it is great to reflect upon the Lord’s movement in the past year and to ask His blessing on the coming year.  We have definitely felt His presence in our parish family’s life this past year.  We have seen our family grow.  We have experienced new ministries and ways to form familial bonds.  While we have not always known where the Lord is bringing us or even what His plan for us has been, He has taught us to be patient and to trust more deeply.

The coming year will continue to be filled with new and amazing opportunities.  We ask the Father to open our minds and hearts so that we might continue to surrender our plans to His plan for us.
