Dear Future St. Pius X Team member,
St. Pius X is taking a leap of faith at and leaning more deeply into Christ. He is challenging us to fully embrace our mission (Love God. Love others. Make disciples. Restore all things in Christ.) through our prayerful reflection on From Christendom to Apostolic Mission and A Clear Path, as well as our conversation with FOCUS and other parishes.
You have the opportunity to help us shape the future of the parish by joining us in the initial stages of this journey. We don’t know all the details of where Christ is leading. We do know we need to provide a clear road map that allows our family, friends, fellow parents and co-workers to enter into authentic Christian friendships with us, to foster a life-changing encounter with the very person of Jesus Christ, to form those who have committed to life with Him in the ways of being His follower and to form our disciples into missionaries who in turn enter into authentic relationships with others. This road map will help guide our decisions and make it easier for anyone seeking Christ to find Him through our labors at St. Pius X.
If this sounds like a path you would like to journey, we want you to join us. Please pray for our parish, and know that we are praying for you.
